Blues Harp
A Blues harp also known as a 10 hole harmonica and richter tuned harmonica is the most widely known type of harmonica. In the America and in Europe, the Blues harp is called a diatonic harmonica.
The reeds of Blue harp or diatonic harmonicas produce the notes of the scale to which they are tuned. The standard Blues harmonica is designed to allow a player to play chords and melody in a single key. Each hole has two reeds one is for when it blown into and the other draw in or sucked into. The individual reeds are each tuned to play a different note on the scale.
